Villa Esperanza, completed in October 2001, is a 1600sq.ft. single story, 3BR/3Bath home. The villa features two split master suites, in addition to a twin bedded room with full bath. The central great room offers a fireplace, soaring ceilings and Mexican tile throughout . Panoramic ocean and estuary views beckon from the Margarita deck . Whether you are in search of a peaceful walk on the beach, shell seeking, a game of tennis, or just relaxing with a good book, kayaking in the estuary, these comfortable surroundings will draw you into that mood. Our gated community with oceanfront pool is minutes from the fishing village of Puerto Peņasco (Rocky Point) and an easy four hour drive from Phoenix or Tucson.
Located in the gated ocean community of Playa La Jolla which feature terraced terrain stretching from the Sea of Cortez to the Morean Estuary Preserve. A three minute walk brings you to the beachfront pool & spa, and adjacent tennis court. The private beach has large palm leaf palapas for shade. House amenities include ocean view from the Margarita deck, superior Mexican tile construction, two split master suites with queen beds, in addition to a twin bedded room w/bath; arched doorways, VCR/DVD for in-house movie library and radio. The Villa has independent utilities: solar power for electricity, with backup propane generator, underground water and septic tanks.
