RATES

$250.00 each Friday & Saturday.  $225.00 per day Monday thru Thursday.   

Weekly rates:  7th night free.  Rates higher during holidays. 

SUMMER RENTALS

Villa Esperanza is not available for rent in July through the latter part of September as we do not rent with air conditioning.

 SECURITY DEPOSIT, PAYMENTS, CANCELLATION POLICY

A $250.00 security deposit must be received within seven days to confirm the reservation,  all deposits/payments are due by certified check or money order, sorry no credit  cards. 

Reservations are to be paid in full,  four  weeks prior to arrival date.  

Reservations made within three weeks of arrival date are to paid in full by money order or certified check to confirm reservation.  

Reservations cancelled more than two weeks prior to arrival date will be fully refunded.  Holiday reservations must be cancelled one month prior to arrival date to be fully refunded. 

Reservations cancelled less than two weeks prior to arrival date will be refunded only if we are able to re-rent the Villa.  Holiday reservations cancelled less than one month prior to arrival date will be refunded only if we are able to re-rent the Villa.

Security Deposit will be refunded upon completion of cleaning & inspection of the premises.
